Steak & Lobster Barbeque - 18 July & 15 August
The New Inn hosted a steak and lobster barbeque on the evening of Sunday 18 July.
Bookings were taken during July for this event. Diners were greeted on arrival with a selection of tapas and a glass of champagne, shortly followed by lobster, steak and pomme frites. A pudding of Cheddar strawberries and cream finished the meal. Tables were provided in the main dining room or the garden and tickets were purchased in advance.
Due to the success of this event a further barbeque has been planned for the evening of Sunday 15 August. Please call/visit the bar to purchase tickets.
Bank Holiday Beer Festival Success!
Our beautiful pub garden opened in late April, with the official opening taking place over the May Day Bank Holiday when we launched our first Beer Festival.
Following the success of this event a second Beer Festival took place in late May.
Throughout both weekends we offered a selection of burgers, kebabs and a good range of local beers. The events were supported by local bands playing relaxing live music in a marquee.
